WEDNESDAY 6/20: The R.M.s- Grower Champagnes

We will be taking a look at the artisanal side of Champagne production, focusing on a small group of estate producers known as the "Récoltant Manipulants", or "Grower Producers". Houses such as Egly-Ouriet, Pierre Péters, Vilmart & Cie, and Gaston Chicquet exemplify this terroir-driven style that is taking the Champagne world by storm!
