CHICAGO TRIBUNE ("4TH BEST RECORD OF 2014" - GREG KOT) --- Ne-Hi, it would seem, is all of Chicago's new favorite band given the giddy, reverent way music fans talk about the group and its energetic shows. The band's just-issued, self titled debut album will likely only make matters worse, as it's one of the best local long-players to come down the pike this year. The quartet's guitar-driven indie rock hits that magic spot evoking nostalgia and familiarity while sounding excited and young, melding disparate eras (surf licks, '80's college rock) into something whole.
