More Power to You!: A Stairwell's Field Trip
'More Power to You!' is an interactive artist-led walking tour that explores stairways in and around the Oakland Museum of California.
Beginning and ending at the museum, the walk explores different forms of power in the alternate definition of the word. The walking tour will include group games, unconventional data gathering and other activities to expand collective understandings of place and the everyday.
This 2-hour outdoor group excursion is led by Stairwell's co-directors Sarah Hotchkiss and Carey Lin. We will meet at the Oakland Museum of California beginning at 1:45 PM and depart promptly at 2 PM. Ticket price includes activity supplies and refreshments.
