Local shoreline planners face many opportunities and challenges with both planning and permitting for aquaculture. Speakers at this forum include Washington Department of Ecology providing a regulatory overview and local government planners sharing their experiences with planning and permitting.
The meeting includes a field trip by boat to Penn Cove Shellfish and a potential tour of on-shore warehouse facilities.
NOTE: Limited to first 30 registrants due to limited space on the field trip.
