Summer BBQ Grilling With Executive Chef Julian & Special Guests
TWENTY/20 Grill at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa presents "Grilling with Executive Chef Julian & Special Guests. This cooking series will cover "how to" techniques, special tips, the use of both common and unique barbeque and marinade ingredients, along with complimentary backyard beverages, and of course, tastes from the grill. The series will also feature take-away recipe cards as well as detailed instruction on all aspects of grilling from using various techniques.
