Drew Michael: Funny to Death -- Live Album Recording (Presented by CYSK and Comedy Central Records)

Drew Michael is set to record his second full-length stand-up album, Funny to Death, with Comedy Central Records. On the heels of landing a stand-up special on Comedy Centrals The Half Hour this year, Drew returns to his hometown of Chicago to record his newest hour of material over three (3) shows at Timothy OTooles Pub (622 N. Fairbanks Ct.) on Thursday, May 26th at 8:30 PM and Friday, May 27th at 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
In conjunction with Comedy Central Records, the shows will be produced by Comedians You Should Know, a stand-up comedy collective made up of some of the funniest comedians in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York, and will be hosted by Chicago comedian, Danny Kallas.

MORE ABOUT DREW:
Drew Michael, a Chicago native, is a stand-up comedian based in New York where he is a regular at The Comedy Cellar. Before leaving Chicago, Drew recorded his debut album, Lovely, in 2013. In 2014, he was selected to perform in the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, leading some random reviewer at Laughspin wrote, "[;;;;;;Drew];;;;;; deviates so easily from the setup-punch line formula to great effect." This year, Drew landed a stand-up special as part of Comedy Centrals The Half Hour and is set to record his second full-length album, Funny to Death, with Comedy Central Records.
Drew also hosts I Might Be Wrong, a podcast where he talks about everything to no one for 30 minutes a week.

Comedians You Should Know is a stand-up comedy collective made up of some of Chicago's funniest stand-up comedians. Their self-titled album was released in 2011 and debuted at #1 on the iTunes comedy chart.
