Ahmed Bharoocha has been in the Montreal Comedy Festival, Glasgow Comedy Festival and the Great American. His Sketch group Dead Kevin was featured on Tosh.0, are featured channel on ComedyCentral.com and were named one of the top comedy acts to watch in 2013 by LA weekly. He was born in into a Irish Catholic/Pakistani Muslim household. He discovered his passion for entertaining at a young age making films with his older sister and his best friend. During college Ahmed got a job as a dishwasher at a comedy club in RI. After working there for a year, washing dishes, watching comedy and writing he finally made the move from the kitchen to the stage and hasn't washed a dish since. He quickly made a name for himself and has become a favorite in the Boston Comedy scene and became Comic in Residence at the Comedy Studio in Cambridge. In 2009 Ahmed was selected by Eddie Brill to perform in the Great American Comedy Festival honoring, and selected to perform in the Boston Comedy Festival and the Seattle Comedy Festival. In 2010 he won the Magners Comedy Festival. Ahmed has performed with National headliners such as Louis C.K. and Aziz Ansari.
