EDAM's next choreographic series will introduce three new works:

Amber Funk Barton has crafted Scenes for Your Consideration, a trio performed by Elya Grant, Andrew Haydock and Antonio Somera. In collaboration with her dancers, Barton has directed and choreographed this exploration of shifting roles and relationships.Oscillating between each other as siblings, friends, lovers and enemies, the performers wearve together a collection of movement tableaus inspired by various relationships in our lives. Danced to a soundtrack of Grizzly Bear, Daedelus, Animal Collective, Sonic Youth and Panda Bear.

Anne Cooper has composed FormSongs, an interaction of the forms of dance and music, both composed and improvised, stable and changing. The piece will be danced by Anne and Kelly McInnes, with New Music vocalist DB Boyko performing an improvisation that combines with recorded music written for the piece by Veda Hille. FormSongs is a reflection on time, how different kinds of time live side by side in a person's life.

Tom Stroud and Peter Bingham have created A Delicate Balance, a fusion of Alba emoting technique, live writing, and dance improvisation. Their research focused on the nature of memory and how this affects perception. This piece was created collaboratively yet will be remembered differently by each of us. Performed by dancers Delia Brett and Elissa Hanson with musician Alex Mah.
