Hot Seat Chair Dance Fitness
You'll never see a chair the same again! This fun, firming workout combines the sultry art of classic chair dance with a tasty tease of fierce floor moves and striptease techniques. No experience or equipment required. Come dressed to move and bring lots of sassy!

Cost: $7 or $25 for 5 classes
What to wear: yoga pants and a loose shirt is great. You want something that you can really move in AND be comfortable. Also you want to wear good gym shoes.
