Lookie Lookie @ Accurate Records
Lookie Lookie's last party at the Accurate Records loft was so much fun that - yes - we're doing it again on June 25. We're working up some new (old) tunes for you including one called "Psychedelic Baby."
With the very full house we had last time, and everybody wanting to spread the word, we're going to have to limit the number of tickets.
Note that there are four tiers, from basic tickets at $15 to sponsorships, all in limited numbers. We do appreciate it very mucho when folks opt for the higher tiers, but if you don't want to - buy now~ Don't wait!
The event is a PARTY!!! We supply food and drink, we ask you to bring more of what you like to drink and perhaps some food if you're in the mood.

Lookie Lookie plays Latin Bugalú, a super fun 60s sound that combines Afro-Caribbean rhythms with rock and soul sensibility. The lyrics are in Spanish and English, the band features three percussionists, three horns and bass - and five singers.
The band is an all-star assemblage of sensation-seeking sybarites:
Chris Maclachlan (Human Sexual Response) - bass
Vicente Lebron (Either/Orchestra, Club D'Elf) - congas
Jorge Arce (Raiz de Plena, Humano) - bongo, cowbell
Rick Barry (Bim Skala Bim) - timbales, more cowbell
Scott Getchell (Lars Vegas, Agachiko) - trumpet
Ted DeColo (Funky White Honkies) - alto sax, flute
Russ Gershon (Either/Orchestra, Orchestra Morphine) - tenor sax, flute
And lots of singing...even a dance lesson by Jorge!
