Brewers Dinner
Join Head Brewer Paul Pearson and Chef Rick Mullins for a memorable evening of food and drink in our barrel room. This is our opportunity to push the limits of your expectations, and provide a delightful culinary experience for all who attend. Please take a look at our menu. Each course will be accompanied by a paired beer or cider:
Spinach Salad with pickled ramps and crispy pork belly, lemon, olive oil, sea salt and cracked pepper
Seared Scallops with pancetta and roast corn succatash

Broiled halibut with herbed citrus butter, roasted fingerling potatoes, panache spring vegetables
