Intergalactic Beer and Andrea's Truffle Pairing
We will be serving three beers to pair with Andrea's amazing truffles. Here are the parings.
Carbonite Cranberry Ale paired With a Goat Cheese w/ Cranberry Reduction and Candied Pecan Praline Truffle
Astro Amber Ale paired with a Smores Truffle w/ a Twist.
Space Oasis Coconut Porter paired with Coconut Almond Birthday Cake Truffle.
All pairings will be available starting at 3pm on May 4th 2016 and continue to be available for those who prepurchased tickets until May 8th. After May 8th all leftover truffles will be returned to Intergalactic Brewing without refund.
Tickets will $20 day of in the Tasting Room.
