The Jigglewatts Burlesque 6th Birthday Gala!

The Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue presents a fabulous celebration of their six year anniversary on Friday, June 15 at 8:00pm and 10:30pm at the 29th Street Ballroom at Spider House.

This luscious evening features Jolie Ampére Goodnight, Goldie Candela, Pearl Lux and Jigglewatts founders Coco Lectric and Ruby Joule as they celebrate the Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue's 6 year birthday! Hosted by comedienne Nicole Lucas of Seattle. For six years, The Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue has been teasing and thrilling Austin audiences with their re-imaginings of classic burlesque and exciting forays into the art of neo-burlesque. In the past four years, members of this boutique troupe have headlined at an international level, performing from New Orleans to Las Vegas, New York, Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

The Jigglewatts Burlesque produced their first show in June of 2006. Now going stronger than ever in their sixth year, this exclusive boutique troupe features some of the rarest talent in Texas. The performers are classically trained dancers, vocalists and actors who can connect with an audience from the instant they step onstage. The Jigglewatts brand of burlesque is upbeat, cheeky, clever, elegant and sexy all at the same time, inviting audiences of both men and women to join in the fun.

With fourteen titles collectively, including Hot Rods & Heels "Troupe of the Year," Texas Burlesque Fest "Audience Choice Award" and "Best Costume," New Orleans Burlesque Fest "Queen of Burlesque" and Burlesque Hall of Fame "Best Debut," this small but resplendent troupe is the most highly acclaimed in Texas.
