Sea Cider Mead & Cider Appreciation Workshop
Join us for a convivial morning of libations and learning about mead and cider at Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse!
Mead and Cider preceded the wine era by many centuries. Every nation, every class, every age has had differing methods for the production of these earliest brews. Participants in this workshop will learn the basic steps necessary for successful mead (honey wine) and hard cider production. We will explore the history of these beverages from around the world and around our own Island.
