Poignant, melodious, humorousA young Jewish boy left Morocco long ago amidst racial tensions spurred by the Yom Kippur War. He buried his memories deep within himself as did thousands of Jews who left their countries. Now hes back in Casablanca to meet his father who had been a celebrated singer-musician. Aided by an eccentric cab driver, his search for the former members of his fathers band unexpectedly transforms his life forever and enables him to understand the silent legacy that his father left him.
