This year, we are bringing you a bourbon dinner each month. Each dinner focuses on one bourbon-maker or a specific theme, so not only will you enjoy tasting delicious bourbons, but you'll also learn a little something along the way! May's Featured Bourbon is Willett.
Each dinner will be five courses prepared by Chef Ben Barth, along with five bourbon pairings. Guests will join us in the Knights of Revelry Dining Room, and there are only ten tickets available for each dinner.

First Course: Maine Lobster- vanilla, ricotta, fennel, red onion Pot Still
Second Course: Panko Crusted Barrel Fish- golden raisin, olive, mint 2 Year Rye
Third Course: Roasted Maitake Mushroom- creamy polenta, kale, spruce 7 Year Rye
Fourth Course: Prime Strip Steak- smoked potato, carrot, bitter chocolate 8 Year Rye
Fifth Course: Sticky Toffee Pudding- orange caramel, allspice, pepper Willet XCF 1.0
