HopStop Craft Beer Festival 2016
Riverside Foods and the Olmsted Society are once again partnering to bring you the Hop Stop craft beer festival. Sample offerings from micro-local craft brewers such as Brickstone, Lake Effect, BuckleDown, Miskatonic, Hailstorm, Lagunitas, Marz, Kinslahger, Aquanaut, Pipeworks Brewing and Riverside's own Quincy Street Distilling, among others, Saturday, September 24, 2016, 4 to 7 pm at the Riverside Train Station, Riverside, IL. The Metra drops you at the door. Food trucks (food available for purchase separately), and the live music of HopsLager and The Leadfoot Band round out a wonderful outdoor family friendly setting in the arboretum Village of Riverside. Commemorative tasting glass is provided with each $30 ticket price and this will be a zero waste event.
100% of the proceeds from the event go to the Olmsted Society in preserving and promoting Frederick Law Olmsted's vision and fostering a sustainable future. See www.olmstedsociety.org for more information on this nearly 50 year old non-profit organization.
