from filmmakers John Davies, Harvey Moshman and Brian Kallies
HEROES ON DECK chronicles the pivotal role
Naval Air Station Glenview and the City of Chicago
played in a very vital chapter of Americas military history.
Featuring never-before-seen de-classified footage, interviews with the heroes
who served and recovery footage of the planes resting on the bottom of Lake Michigan,
HEROES ON DECK tells the little-known story of the Navy's carrier pilot training operation
that took place just off the Chicago shoreline and changed the course of WWII.
