June ART BUS Facebook Photo Scavenger Hunt
Tacoma ART BUS is a tour of art exhibits every Third Thursday. Every month the tour has different exhibits at different locations. Some of the stops offer free food and drinks. Each month we have a different guest tour guide.
In June, the tour guide will be Pierce County Councilman Tim Farrell. The locations we will be visiting are:
253 Collective
Embellish Multispace
B2 Fine Art Gallery
Anew Thyme
Nine Lives Vintage
Tacoma Glass Blowing Studio
Catwalk
Tickets are $10 regular admission and $20 for VIPs. VIPs get gift bags with items from lots of local businesses.
This month we will also do a photo scavenger hunt. Passengers can participate if they have a camera and a facebook account. They will be given a list of items to find and photograph during the tour and they will be expected to tag things on facebook.
Prizes so far include:
* Free trial membership to Clara Spa (at Courtyard Marriott Tacoma)
* Photo session for new Facebook profile picture from Gayle Rieber Photography
* Pair of tickets to Bumbershoot Music Festival in Seattle.

Near the curb outside Tacoma Art Museum look for the big yellow school bus. We leave promptly at 6 pm so be sure to get there early as parking can at times be challenging to locate. |
