PRAYER AMBASSADORS at Surrey Night Market 2016

Surrey Night Market will be running Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between June 03 and August 14, 2016. The market is held at Cloverdale Fairgrounds, 17726 - 62 Ave., Surrey, BC

We are staffing a permanent PRAYER AMBASSADORS TENT on Fridays and Saturdays 6:00-11:00 pm, and on Sundays 5:00-10:00 pm.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Anyone who has some training and/or experience with prayer and missions, and who knows(or wants to learn) how to minister to the marketplace. Preferably you would join as a group, with a leader. If you don't have a group, you can still sign up individually and join another local group or leader.

If you can't attend at the market, you can be an off-site Prayer Ambassador. You will go on a mailing list and will be updated regularly of all prayer needs.

Prayer ambassadors will either wait at the tent to minister to market visitors who approach them, or they will mingle among the visitors with a T-shirt or sign stating: "I'm a Prayer Ambassador. Ask me if you want prayer"

All Prayer Ambassadors must have a gentle spirit, a respectful attitude to other religions and sexual orientations, and must act with dignity and acceptance - as true Ambassadors of Christ.

A Prayer Ambassador coordinator will run the program preparations and all on-site or off-site activities.
