Cagebirds: Dinner & a Show

Join us to watch Cagebirds, an all-female one act production featuring 8 ACT I ladies. Food will be available afterwards, and we'll be following the show with our annual state-of-the-union meeting -- which will include a look at our 15th Anniversary Season!

"In this extraordinary play, a "room" and a "cage" and "people" and "captive birds" all become confused until a dramatic climax in which we suddenly see reality. Six women live in a locked room, each absorbed in her own petty interest and in placating the "Mistress" who takes care of them. Then a "Wild One" is thrust in among them. She talks of breaking out of the room to find freedom. She troubles the others who remain secure in their cage, and they all join against her in the shattering conclusion to this unforgettable play."

Tickets are $12 or $10 if bought in a group of ten or more. (If you'd like to buy ten but split them over two nights, you'll have to purchase ten for a single show and then shoot an e-mail to kristyn.montgomery@gmail.com so that we can arrange them appropriately! It's no trouble!)
