The Neil Youngs & the Harvest Moon Band
The Pacific Northwest's premier Neil Young tribute show, The Neil Youngs & the Harvest Moon Band grace the stage of Tim Noah Thumbnail Theater on June 18.
Based out of greater Seattle area, and comprised of 7 talented and seasoned professional musicians whose talents have been heard on stages from New York to Los Angeles and everywhere in between, including a few European stages, they have a sincere respect and love for the music of Neil Young. Snohomish residents, Guitarist/Vocalist Andy Volmer, Background Vocalist Marci Volmer (who is the Director for the Snohomish Boys and Girls Club!) and Drummer Richard Sabol are members of the band and special guest harmonica player Gary Copeland is also a local talent.
Having received rave reviews since debuting their tribute to Neil Young and Crazy Horse in 2015, they have crafted an electrifying and heartfelt musical experience that Neil Young fans, and casual listeners alike, are sure to enjoy. If you are a fan of Neil Young you will LOVE the musical authenticity of this show, and if you arent quite a fan of Neil Young's music yet, you WILL be by the end of this show!!!
The show on June 18th is going to be an all acoustic, Unplugged, show with the full band. Think MTV's Unplugged shows. Lots of great renditions of Neil Young's greatest songs done with acoustic guitars, piano, violin, accordion, pedal steel guitar and various percussion.
