Sti-Lo Reel and Ced Linus

Pledge Empire Records is an independent record label based in Minneapolis. It is home to two of the most respected artist in the city, Sti-Lo Reel and Ced Linus.
Pledge Empire Records artists Ced Linus and Sti-Lo Reel are mostly known for headlining 4 U.S. tours, and headlining a major show across the pond in London. They recently headlined a huge show in Australia to a packed crowd, to add to the overseas resume.

In the past, Sti-Lo Reel and Ced Linus have also been nominated in many categories for the Twin Cities Hip Hop Awards, including 'Record Label of the Year' and 'Best Promotion Team'. Sti-Lo Reel nominated for 'Male Rap Artist of the Year', 'Lyricist of the Year', 'MPLS MVP of the Year', and 'TC Best Kept Secret'. Ced Linus nominated for 'Best Lyricist'.
Both were voted well within the top 10 on VitaMN Magazine's "Best Of" Local hip hop artists and Local Albums of 2013. http://www.vita.mn/best-of/

In 2014, we embarked on two nationwide tours, "We Already Signed" and "We Already Signed Tour 2", including stops in cities New York, Denver, LaCrosse, Fargo, Portland, Seattle, Virginia Beach, Harrisburg, Madison, Duluth, Minneapolis, Brainerd, to name a few. The biggest show of the tour was in London UK, at the Catch Bar. After the "The Greater Good Tour' and Ced Linus solo tour "The Code of Linus tour" , In 2015 both Sti-Lo Reel and Ced Linus were invited to perform at SXSW in Texas with notable artist Chris Webby on the lineup.

In 2014-2015, two major albums were released. "Christ-Like' from Ced Linus was named one of the top albums of the year by Jon Jon at Reviler http://www.reviler.org/2015/12/22/best-of-2015-local-albums/. "Martial Law" from Sti-Lo Reel was one of his best projects to date, which also received great reviews from Ali Elabbady of Reviler http://www.reviler.org/2016/02/09/sti-lo-reel-martial-law-review-show-thursday/.
