Utilization Management Q/A Webinar
The Clinical Operations Team, including the Utilization Management Department and Access Department will feature two Question and Answer webinars with Clinical Operations leadership. This will be a reoccurring forum that will occur quarterly, based on interest and participation. This is an opportunity to ask questions about Clinical Operations, clinical expectations, authorization criteria, access to care, and Cardinal Innovations care management model. We encourage that limit your questions to the scope of the clinical operations.
Any provider/ member specific questions should be addressed directly with the appropriate departments and will not be discussed during this webinar. All providers are invited to participate, as are Cardinal Innovations Healthcare employees and community stakeholders.
