Come to a guided mindful meal that focuses on the skills from the Weight Watchers routine "Eating Without Distraction." Learn how to be more mindful, savor your food and make every bite count. This event will include brief instruction, practice, and a guided mindful meal followed by a discussion and sharing experiences.
Bring your own food, beverage and tableware if you wish. (we have plates and plastic utensils if you need, but you might want to make it more of an individual "dining" experience; ie bring your favorite bowl or special napkin) Everyone will receive their own "Mindful Eating Kit" to bring the experience home.
This event is limited to 20 participants. It is open to Weight Watchers members as well as non-members.
Due to the participatory nature of this event, doors will be shut at 6:05pm and no late walk-ins will be admitted. Come Early!
Participation is limited so please do not come unless you register and receive a confirmation email. There will be a will-call sign in sheet at the door and in order to assure a quality experience for those who have signed up, only twenty total participants will be admitted.
If there is sufficient interest, this event will be repeated in the future.
