LLCC Great Decisions 2012

LLCC is ready to start operating its Learning Groups.

The LLCC Great Decisions 2012 is the first Learning Group ready to go. Florence Jones, who has led many, many Great Decisions groups in the past, will again be leading the weekly discussions.

Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs. This year's topics are: Middle East Realignment: the Arab Upheaval; Promoting Democracy: Foreign Policy Imperative; Mexico: Trans-border Crime and Governance; Cybersecurity: the New Frontier; Exit from Afghanistan & Iraq: Right Time, Right Pace?: State of the Oceans: Waves of Change; Indonesia: Prospects for Prosperity; and Energy Geopolitics: Quandaries Intensify.

You may purchase the study materials at the fist group meeting from Florence for $15.00.

Open to the first 20 participants.

While there is no charge for participation in Learning Groups, you must be a member/contributor of LLCC to register for a Learning Group. To register for this Learning Group you will need a password. Passwords have already been sent to members. If you are not a member/contributor and would like to be, please go to www.lifelearnerscc.org and click on the "Contributorship" tab on our website for information.

We recognize that there may be significant interest in this learning group beyond the 15 (20) maximum. If you are not among the first 15 (20), and are interested in forming an additional Great Decisions 2012 Learning Group, go to the "Contact Us" tab on the website and send us a message with Great Decisions in the "title line". We may be able to help with the formation of another Great Decisions Learning Group.
