Enoversity: Spain & Portugal

At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.

In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.

On the Iberian Peninsula is a concentration of vineyards. A large plateau of mountains, combined with ocean coast and sea shores, isolates the end of the peninsula for prime wine growing territory. Crisp Albarino to juicy Tempranillo. Bright sparkling Cava to dark Garnacha.

Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you.
