Nicola Elbro is a an actor and voice actor based in Toronto. For Soulo Festival: Fractured, directed by Tracey Erin Smith (2015). Select credits include: That syncing Feeling and Terminus Tour for Outside the March, A Christmas Carol (Citadel Theatre 2012 & 2013), Goodnight Desdemona (Good Morning Juliet) (Belfry Theatre), Little Elephants (Shadow Theatre - Sterling Award), Marys Wedding (Gateway Theatre - Jessie nomination), True Love Lies (Citadel Theatre - Sterling nomination). Nicola is the voice of Neera in the game, Baldurs Gate and puppeteer and voice of Keys on the Treehouse show Splash n Boots.

THE LIFE BOAT
Creator/Performer: Morgan Joy
She stays afloat, or at least thats what she tells herself. A puppet dramedy.
Morgan Joy is a dance & drama instructor for DramaWay; an organization providing arts education to people with special needs and she takes a great deal of pride in providing creative opportunities to a diverse population of arts enthusiasts. Morgan often performs as her alias Peggy Plummer and, as it stands, Peggy gets more gigs than her.

FAT SHAMED BY MY MOM
Creator/Performer: Amish Patel
Growing up, I knew at a young age that I wanted to make people laugh. Inspired by people of colour like Eddy Murphy on SNL and the cast of in living color. I knew that spreading the joy that only comes with laughter is the ONLY thing I wanted to do with my life. So, at the tender age of 12, I dragged my mom to a talent agency. My mother, a struggling immigrant at the time, sensed that this could be quite expensive AND saw the sign that said Talent and Modelling agency, so she turned, to the chubby 12 year old boy that I was, with a twinkle in my eye and a hunger in my heart and she said, FAT guy like you want to be model? With your fat and your booby! Come on stupid, lets go. True story with a positive ending.

BEDAZZLED
Creator/Performer: Silvi Santoso
This is the wild and wacky journey of a mother of three settling into their new home and native land. Through comedy and songs, Silvi will share with you some of her early struggles as a new immigrant, tales of the dream job, and the highlight of her life.
Silvi Santoso is a rising star on the comedy scene. She is constantly on the road honing her act and wowing Canadian and US club crowds. She was a finalist of Brantford Comedy Festival 2014 and Hamilton Go-Yuks-Yourself 2015, and a semi-finalist on the New York She Devil Festival 2014 & 2015.
Ticket prices:
Advance: $15 + fees
At the door: $20, cash only

SOULO THEATRE FESTIVAL TICKET POLICIES:
+ All shows begin on time.
+ There are NO latecomers, NO refunds, NO exceptions, but we are happy to exchange your tickets to another event (pending availability) if you are late to your show! Please double check your event's start time/location and arrive early to avoid disappointment.
+ Walk-up tickets will go on sale ONE HOUR before the event, cash only.
+ If an event has sold out online, come on down to the theatre and see if we have any walk-up tickets available!
+ Advance ticket sales end at 12pm the day of the event. If online sales have ended, we strongly encourage you to visit the theatre in person!
