Enoversity: South Africa: New World & Old World Collide
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
South Africa has long history in making wine, but has been commercially isolated for much of that time. Recent history is showing us that there are some serious winemakers making some incredible wine for the world to enjoys. With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and Indian Ocean on the other, ancient earth, and sharp elevation changes along the coast, South Africa has the ability to produce many different wines in many different styles. Be prepared to taste expressions of familiar wines with unique characteristics!
Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you. Please email Alex Smith at alex.smith.mjsh@ihg.com with an questions or concerns.
We'll see you soon!
