ROMEO+JULIET- The New Euripides
Please join The New Euripides for a unique, immersive, site specific retelling of Romeo and Juliet. In true New Euripides fashion, we have collectively adapted the classic story using text, music, and movement. Through improvisation and other experimental theater techniques we have created an evening length production which tells the story of the ill fated star crossed lovers in a way that has never been done before.
This is The New Euripides' debut production in NYC. The company previously performed their adaptation of The Bacchae in Oberlin, OH and at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
