The House of Blue Lights
"The House of Blue Lights" tracks the true story and local folklore surrounding Indianapolis-native Skiles Test. Rumors of animal obsessions, tumultuous love, and a woman in a glass coffin swarmed throughout Test's massive estate, where festive blue lights illuminated Indiana's first in-ground pool. Who is the strange man in The House of Blue Lights? Why did he have so many cats? And where is the that woman in the glass coffin? Follow the memory of Skiles Test and his chorus of ghostly storytellers to discover the man behind the myth, in an effort to re-tell a local fable of love, death, and the consequences of being an outsider in the public eye.
"The House of Blue Lights" will be presented in a three-story, multi-room building in Historic Central State.
