Farm Brunch 101
Come on out to The Side Yard Farm & Kitchen and learn how to prepare the ultimate farm brunch from Chef/Farmer Stacey Givens. This class will be hands on from out in the field harvesting to in the kitchen poaching eggs and baking crumpets. Learn all the trade secrets from mass poaching eggs, hollandaise, farmmade canadian bacon, making a crispy hash and more. After the class, we will sit down and enjoy a beautiful brunch with mimosas!
