Join chef John Mariaga in the Spruces kitchen for an intimate demonstration-style cooking class. Johns Cooking in the French Countryside class will feature the simple, rustic cuisine and traditional cooking techniques of the region. Much of the cuisine at Spruce draws inspiration from the area. Fresh, local, spring ingredients will be deliciously transformed in to a luxurious meal for you to enjoy after class.
