Please join us at Spruce on Thursday, May 12th as we host a special dinner featuring the wines of Champagne Gosset. In attendance from the winery will be the Assistant Winemaker, Hermine de Clermont Tonnerre, and the Export Director, Bertrand Verduzier. Founded in the village of Aÿ in 1584 by Pierre Gosset, Champagne Gosset is the oldest wine house in Champagne. Gosset is a benchmark producer of lean, racy, vibrant wines driven by bracing acidity and fresh fruit. To accompany these elegant Champagnes, Chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga will prepare a special multi-course menu highlighting several different kinds of caviar.
