The Bare Project present: Bardo
Bardo is a darkly comic clown show, in which our hero literally dances with death. The piece tracks the relationship between a lonely dancer and a dead body. As funny as it is philosophical, Bardo will leave you pondering death, reality and the exuberance of your own dancing.
The team of people who have created Bardo are excited by taking circumstances to the unlikeliest places celebrating the limitlessness of fiction - and finding moments that alter what possibilities we see in our everyday existence. As such, Bardo is always surprising. Expect gyration and rigamortis in equal measure.
Funded by Arts Council England and supported by Theatre Delicatessen as part of Forge North. Also with support from the Walkley Community Centre.
