Long Island Roller Rebels Present: Empire Skate Showdown 2012
On Saturday September 1, 2012, the Long Island Roller Rebels are to host the 3rd Annual New York State all-female Flat Track Roller Derby Tournament. Ten New York teams will duel it out over 12 thirty minute challenge bouts on BOTH rinks at Skate Safe America, Old Bethpage. A special bout will be featuring The New York Shock Exchange and a NY men's team mash-up to kick off the full day of derby excitement.
Soak up all the derby action you can get. Make sure to take a stroll and swing by our vendors and check out the cool derby gear and accessories along with a ton more of awesome items. Mingle and grab a beer from our favorite sponsor, the Long Ireland Brewery and rock out to music mixed ALL DAY by DJ Joe Jack.

*Parking is free but be sure to arrive early!

*There is no ATM on the premises.
Tickets can be picked up at Will Call at 11am on the day of the event.
