Pretty Witches
PRETTY WITCHES is an alcohol free ladies only dance party! It is just like going dancing anywhere else on the weekend but without dudes trying to cop a feel and you don't have to worry about getting an Uber home because you won't be drunk ;)
DJ - Jamila Afrika // TIME: 8 - midnight
8pm : BOOTY TRIXXX CL(ASS) taught by Corinne Loperfido + Christina Linskey from 8 - 9pm. Learn how to bounce, clap and twerk one cheek at a time and then keep practicing all night on the dance floor!! Bring knee pads if you really want to get into it...
9pm : Dance party kicks off and you'll be coming in to a room full of ladies with brand new booty skills (and probably not wearing pants anymore haha). The room has a sprung dance floor and a wall of mirrors so you'll be able to feel yourself all night long ;)
Little Boxes Theater is a SHOES OFF venue, so please plan your best socks or manicures accordingly. ** Also there are 2 cute cats that live in the building just to warn anyone with kitty allergies.

$15 - Dance Class + Dance Party (8-12)
$10 - Dance Party Only (9-12)
DRINKS: There will be coconut water and kombucha for sale, but you will need to bring your own water bottle for refilling (trying to keep wasted plastic cups out of the landfill...)
DRESS: You are free to wear whatever you want, but this isn't an "ecstatic dance" event so don't feel like you have to wear your sweat pants and yoga clothes. Dress up in your regular going out to the club dancing clothes! Wear something you always want to but feel would attract the wrong kind of attention at a typical nightclub. Assless spandex pants, booty shorts, crazy makeup + glitter, etc etc. Be YOU, we love it all!
LADIES: Anyone who is Cis, Trans, or Non-binary and identifies as a Woman is welcome. This is an inclusive space, it is not about "no boys allowed" in a negative way, it is about empowering women to openly and freely express their bodies through dance and be in a fun social setting outside the standard "bar" culture.
WTF IS THIS PARTY?
Pretty Witches is a space for women of all types to be free and full expressed without having to worry about being pursued, stared at, or approached while getting into it on the dance floor. We need a space to throw down just because we love dancing, but don't always like to be in environments where most people in the room are drunk and trying to get laid. This party is about GOOD booty poppin' super fun dance music, HEALTHY drinks, and a POSITIVE and safe environment for women to be freaky as they wanna be without having to be think about driving drunk or thwarting away unsavory characters trying to get a piece.
Of course ladies who are into ladies (all the time or maybe for the first time!) are welcome to express their sexuality in whatever way they like as long as they are doing it consensually and being considerate of those who aren't looking to get sexy. This is a space for freedom, liberation, and community
