Occidental Center for the Arts is pleased to welcome renowned inspirational singer/songwriter/teacher/feminist/social change activist Holly Near in concert with Barbara Higbie and Jan Martinelli. As Holly celebrates her first album in three years "Peace Becomes You" she's building on 40 creative years and 30 recordings. Respected around the world for her music and her activism, Holly has made a remarkable career singing out for peace, justice and feminism. Bammy award winning composer, pianist, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Barbara Higbie joins creative forces with Holly Near for this special concert; along with Jan Martinelli on bass.
