Dinnerfix - An Animal With Claws Wants To Have To Use Them
Every month culturefix shuts its doors to produce an inspired dinner party hosting up to 26 guests in the art gallery. Featuring an ever changing themed tasting menu, the bar transforms into a production area for the execution of complex menus created out of our miniature kitchen.
This month's menu is based on works in the up coming Culturefix exhibition titled, "An Animal With Claws Wants To Have To Use Them". The exhibition is curated by Susi Kenna & John J. McGurk and presents works by artists Michael Anderson, Daniel Greer and Amanda Sciullo. The menu will consist of 5 courses with beverage pairings, each based on a single work in the show.
