Improv to Sketch Workshop with George McAuliffe
Improv to Sketch will teach you how to take ideas generated from improvised scenes and turn them into scripts! George McAuliffe ( Not All Cops Are Bad!, Revolver, Sad On Vacation) will take you through this process, then you can steal the process and use it to create sketch, stand up, solo material, short films and narratives. The first hour, students will be led through a variety of character development exercises and generate ideas and concepts for scripts. The final hour we will write! The idea is to take away useful tools that you can use to turn improv inspiration into something tangible!
This is a 2 hour workshop.
