Leading With Purposeful Questions
Working with people is awesomeand sometimes it is complicated, messy, and difficult. Do you wish you had a tool to improve your workplace climate and relationships?
For leaders who seek to facilitate collaboration, creativity, and lifelong learning, join us to explore the complexity of asking questions. When we are purposeful in how we ask questions, what we ask about, and how we listen in response, we strengthen our leadership skills and influence.
In Leading With Purposeful Questions, you will learn how to listen with curiosity and ask deeper and more intentional questions to: -Create stronger and more authentic relationships -Increase collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking when people come to you with challenges -Emphasize learning and reflection when something goes wrong -Encourage commitment to personal and professional development -Lead in a way that represents your leadership values
By taking our communication skills to the next level, we have the potential to improve outcomes in a diverse array of situations, including team building, workplace conflict, program development, and customer service.
