Harmonious Health: An Interactive Musician Wellness Workshop with Savannah Clayton

Being an emerging artist isn't easy.

We try to get money to record EPs. To get new guitars. To pay our bills. We stress out about writer's block. We're always alert, keenly on the hunt for the next gig or the next bandmate. Social media sometimes feel more important than our creative process. We feel stressed out and dishonest for constantly self-promoting, self-marketing, and playing the musician's game.

EBASS knows it and so do you: as emerging artists, we want to learn how to pursue our craft while living wholly, healthily, and well. Certified Health Coach Savannah Clayton joins EBASS on April 20th to present a made-for-EBASS interactive wellness workshop that will leave artists feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to create healthy habits AND meaningful music.

You'll leave with a boatload of best musician wellness practices, including a "recipe" for the perfect practice session, tactics for re-energizing creative inspiration, and methods for silencing your internal critic.
