Combining art, poetry, music and projection, is a feast for the senses, taking you on a tangled journey through the labyrinthine minds of two lovers. Based on the Orpheus and Eurydice myth, the piece was conceived by artist Tom de Freston, and made in collaboration with award-winning poet Kiran Millwood Hargrave, and director/composer Max Barton, co-artistic director of PIGDOG.
Following its premiere at 47/49 Tanner Street in 2015 (a night which was first runner up for a Saboteur Award), returns to the same venue with additional projection design by Singaporean graphic artist Shawn Soh.
transforms Tanner Street into a living exhibition of Toms work, at which mini orchestra, The Swinehounds, will underscore Kirans poems, Maxs songs and Shawns projections.
