Chad and Jeremy - Burien
Chad and Jeremy hit the charts in 1964 with their recording of Yesterday's Gone which was quickly followed by A Summer Song and Willow Weep For Me. The latter was a song recorded in the 1930s by Paul Whiteman and Billie Holiday. Between 1964 and 1966 they had seven US Top 40s hits.
The duo has had several reunions over the years. Chad moved into and out of the music scene with spending years as a music teacher in Ketchum, Idaho all the time continuing to write music. Jeremy, when he is not reuniting with Chad to record and tour, has been an actor on stage, in movies and on television.
In 2002 "After fifteen years apart, Chad And Jeremy fount that making music was simply too much fun to not do again "
Chad Stuart & Jeremy Clyde have come full circle. In the 1960s, they were thrilling audiences all over the world, and the duo is doing the same more than 40 years later. Whether on stage, on their brand-new albums, or through archival releases of unheard material, you can be sure that Chad and Jeremy have a lot more to say.
Opening for Chad and Jeremy will be Portland's Misty Mamas.
