2nd Course nashville hot softshell crab, herb buttermilked white bread, b&b cauliflower rustic saison, barrel fermented farmhouse ale
3rd Course pork neck 'stroganoff', miso mustard, coconut, king oyster mushroom, fenugreek taproom IPA
