Grounding is one of the most fundamental tools of magic. In an earth based tradition, grounding your work in your body and the earth is the most powerful way to be effective in the world. Connection to the earth is your birthright. Come learn how to ground, cast a circle, and call the elements in this basic magic class.

Grounding is the act of opening and connecting to the earth. As we root ourselves in the earth, we bring our attention, spirit, and experience to our physical bodies. From this present place we have access to the vitality and magic of the earth that we can draw on to enliven and support us with every breath. Grounding is a birthright and a tool for all humans and as many of us have been estranged from the experience, it is a practice that can be very empowering.
