Tommy Cash - Auburn
Tommy Cash is the youngest brother of famed entertainer Johnny Cash. He formed his first band while in high school and has been entwined with Country Music ever since. He played with Hank Williams, Jr. and has had a successful recording and performing career spanning over 50 years. In 1969 he recorded his biggest hit Six White Horses. The next year he recorded two top 10 hits One Song Away and Rise and Shine both written by Carl Perkins. He has recorded 23 Albums and 18 of his singles have made it to the charts.
Of his brother Johnny, Tommy says "I miss my brother more than words could ever say. He has always inspired me, and he was a loving brother and friend. His music will live on forever on its on merits. However, I am now doing a very special show."
The Johnny Cash Tribute Show is now Tommy's main concert. During the show he performs about 25 Johnny Cash hits, mainly the most recognizable ones. We look forward to having Tommy perform for us.
