Come enjoy a fully hands-on learning experience in the Local Three kitchen alongside our knowledgeable team of chefs. Each of our classes focus on seasonality of ingredients and cooking techniques that you can easily add to your repertoire!
Kick off the fall season learning to cook Autumnal vegetables with Sous Chef Ryan Owens! You'll learn how to roast delicious roots of all kinds.
After the class, you'll invite a guest to join you for a private lunch to enjoy all of the dishes you've worked hard on! Beverages from Local Three's bar are available for purchase.
Lunch Menu: - Salad of Roasted Baby Beets - Gnocchi with Brown Butter, Roasted Squash and Sage - Whole Roasted Chicken with Roasted Root Vegetables - Pumpkin Creme Brulee
Only ten spaces are available for each class, and the ticket price includes the class, lunch for two, tax and gratuity.
