Come enjoy a fully hands-on learning experience in the Local Three kitchen alongside our knowledgeable team of chefs. Each of our classes focus on seasonality of ingredients and cooking techniques that you can easily add to your repertoire!
Chef Ben Barth is taking his August cooking class to the great outdoors! Join him on the patio for a class that's all about our favorite grill: The Big Green Egg. Learn some new techniques, so next time you host a BBQ, you can impress friends by serving up more than just burgers!
Menu: - Georgia Peaches - arugula, goat cheese, radish - Chicken Liver Spiedini - emily g's jam, jalapeno, bacon - Beef Tenderloin - fingerlings, fennel, salsa verde - Smoked Poundcake - macerated berries, soft cream
After the class, you'll invite a guest to join you for a private lunch to enjoy all of the dishes you've worked hard on! Beverages from Local Three's bar are available for purchase.
Only ten spaces are available for each class, and the ticket price includes the class, lunch for two, tax and gratuity.
