In-Depth Look: Best Practices for Addressing Co-Occurring Disorders in Youth
By the end of this training participants will be able to: Coordinate services and collaborate across systems of care Meet the intellectual capacity of each youth Engage youth and promote positive youth development Facilitate family systems and ecological evaluations and assess change Plan a clearly defined treatment process for each youth and family Teach affect regulation skills to youth and family members Monitor competency development through trauma-informed services
Successful completion requires: Attendance and active participation in all course activity Completion of all reading assignments in the course schedule Self-evaluation
